For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Affiliate means a Leader who promotes the Company within their community, manages their assigned Kameti group, assists members with queries, and ensures timely participation and payment compliance.
Company refers to Umrah Kameti, including its owners, operators, employees, and authorized representatives.
Service refers to the Umrah Kameti mobile application and website, including all features, tools, and functionalities provided through them.
Website refers to the official platform accessible at https://umrahkameti.com
.
Application refers to the mobile application operated by the Company.
Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, or computers.
User (You) refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service, whether as a member, leader, or visitor.
Third-party Services refers to any external platforms, services, or providers that may be integrated with or linked through the Service, including payment providers or analytics tools.
Acknowledgment
By accessing, registering, or using the Umrah Kameti Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications made by the Company from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Service.
You further confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Company does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also subject to compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Additionally, your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Service, you also agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Rules & Penalties for Non-Compliance
- If a Leader wishes to earn from referred members, they must have at least 10 active members under their referral link.
- All payments must be made by the due date; failure to do so may result in cancellation of your Kameti.
- If a Member fails to pay, the Leader must replace them with another person or cover the missing amount themselves.
- Leaders and Members are responsible for double-checking all provided information and ledgers. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Payments made in currencies other than PKR will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate, and additional charges from PSPs or banks may apply.
- Leaders are accountable for the individuals they bring into the system; referrals should include only trusted and known persons to avoid fraudulent activities.
- The installment plan may be adjusted if there are significant changes in pricing due to economic fluctuations.
- Refunds are not available after confirmation of participation in the Kameti.
- Misuse of referral links or manipulation of the system will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of earnings.
- Leaders must ensure that all Members are fully informed about the terms, payment schedules, and responsibilities before joining.
- Any attempt to bypass official payment methods or terms will lead to termination of membership and may result in legal action.
- No refunds will be provided for any amount already paid.
- Members must notify in advance if they anticipate any delays in payments to discuss possible arrangements.
- Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards staff or other Members will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.
- All commissions earned by Leaders can only be withdrawn on the 12th calendar date of each month. Commissions accumulated after this date will be available for withdrawal in the following month.
- Leaders and Members must provide valid and accurate contact details for smooth communication and updates.
- The Company reserves the right to review and update terms as necessary for the smooth operation of the Kameti.
- The lucky draw will be conducted on the 10th calendar date of each month. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
- The Umrah package includes a 15-day journey with visa, indirect flights, transport, and hotel services, excluding Ziyarat and meals. This offer is not applicable during Rabi-ul-Awal, Shaban, and Ramadan.
- Even after receiving your reward, you are required to continue paying your monthly Kameti installments on or before the due date.
Payments & Responsibility
All payments within the Umrah Kameti system are conducted directly from users. No amount can be sent to any other banks or payment details other than listed on our website or application.
The Company’s role is limited to providing a platform for tracking, managing, and recording transactions.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that payments are made accurately, on time, and to the correct recipient.
Platform Disclaimer
Umrah Kameti operates strictly as a digital platform designed to facilitate community-based Kameti system.
All financial activities are independently carried out by users at their own discretion and risk.
The platform only provides tools for:
- Group management
- Payment tracking
- Record keeping
- Support in performing Umrah on Installment basis
User Responsibility
By using the Service, users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their participation in the Umrah Kameti system.- Ensure that all payments are made accurately and within the specified deadlines
- Carefully review and understand all terms, rules, and obligations before participating
- Maintain accurate personal and contact information
No Financial Guarantee
Umrah Kameti is a community-based savings system designed to help individuals perform Umrah through structured monthly contributions.
Participants contribute fixed monthly installments, and each month a selection process (lucky draw) is conducted to determine which participant will receive the Umrah opportunity for that cycle.
While this system is designed to make Umrah more accessible and affordable by avoiding a full upfront payment, the Company does not guarantee:
- Selection in any specific month
- Completion of Umrah within a fixed timeframe
- Availability of travel arrangements without external dependencies
All outcomes depend on group participation, payment consistency, and overall system operation.
Admin Roles
The platform operates under a structured administrative system to ensure smooth functionality and proper group management.
SUPER ADMINThe Super Admin has full authority over the platform and is responsible for:
- Managing overall system operations
- Assigning or removing Sub-Admins
- Taking action against accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violations
Sub-Admins are assigned to assist with operational tasks and group management. Their responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned Kameti groups
- Monitoring member participation and payment status
- Reporting any suspicious activity or issues to the Super Admin
IMPORTANT:
- Sub-Admins do not have ownership or control over user funds
- Sub-Admins cannot access or misuse user data beyond their assigned permissions
- Any misuse of authority may result in immediate termination and possible legal action
Disputes
If a user experiences any issue related to the platform, payments, group management, or technical functionality, they are encouraged to report it through official support channels or via contacting at support@umrahkameti.com
Common types of disputes may include:
- Payment-related issues
- Technical errors within the application
- Account or access-related problems
Upon receiving a complaint, the Company may:
- Review system logs and transaction records
- Investigate the issue based on available data
- Provide guidance, clarification, or mediation where possible
- Take appropriate action against accounts that violate the Terms
Technical Issues
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While the Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain the proper functionality, availability, and performance of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous uptime at all times.
Users acknowledge that technical issues may occur from time to time, including but not limited to:
- Application crashes or temporary malfunctions
- Server downtime or maintenance interruptions
- Delayed updates or notification delivery
- Temporary unavailability due to internet, hosting, or third-party service issues
The Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such issues promptly. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, delay, inconvenience, or financial impact arising from technical interruptions or service unavailability.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or its operations.
Grounds for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Manipulation of payments, records, or referral structures
- Abuse or misuse of the platform or its features
- Violation of community rules, payment obligations, or applicable laws
- Disrespectful, abusive, or harmful behavior toward staff or other users
Upon termination, the user’s right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. The Company may also take further action where necessary, including restricting future access or pursuing legal remedies where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or financial opportunity
- Loss of data or records
- Business interruption or service delay
- Personal inconvenience or emotional distress
- Loss resulting from disputes or actions between users
Users acknowledge that participation in the Umrah Kameti system is at their own risk, and the Company does not guarantee financial outcomes, successful completion of group cycles, or recovery of funds in case of disputes or defaults.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using the Service, you agree that any matter, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the applicable laws and legal jurisdiction of Pakistan.
Changes
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, in order to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, operational practices, or business needs.
When material changes are made, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through appropriate means, which may include in-app notifications, email communication, or publication on the official website.
Your continued use of the Service after any updated Terms become effective shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue the use of the Service.
